This pic from all the way over by Sentinel Bridge, a bit far from the creek, but I was so happy to get it, these little birds are so illusive, annd, I figured out how to bracket...the 12x will take three quick pics in succession at different exposure, or different focus. I followed this little bird up the tree...lemeget it's name...I think it's a Brown Creeper, Certhia Americana...
Now, lemego look at google images....Well!, that search, brown creeper yosemite, landed me on a site about John Burroughs, a naturalist I hadn't heard of, but look forward to reading more about.
Still not sure if that's my bird...but more searches makes it a positive I'd say!
