Welp, it's one phalanx against the other, here, there, everywhere...Kayleigh at the podium early this morning, quote notes at the ready...I just got commented as 'moron' for referencing, quoting, wiki, wiki's take on Private Police...such the regard for noting...in chat I mused about Private Police, then late night I browse the yt clip about the Portland trumpet player, a tweaker for sure, but I noted his on about "scalp hunters" and "slave patrols" as being to the point...made me look...and comment, and...earn an epithet...these are collectables!...😃...indeed there were slave patrols...I'd read before about the scalp hunters-Gold Rush era was hard times for California Indians, and Northwest too...the two giant lcd screens beside the podium are a curio...why two?...they make a classic tableau, motif...the mistress of the animals...

literal/figurative...dya think?...well, no...here's a thought: " "defund the police" got written in the streets...if that happened would public safety services be privatized?...this happens with fire departments...volunteer, private ones, sometimes sued for high charges, late response...your home's on fire and there not there, or when they come, your insurance doesnt pay out to such..news has it police unions are blocking policing of the Democratic National Convention(edit:over not being able to use tear gas?)...an ongoing tale, curious to see how that pans out...this defund the police is an iron fist in a silk glove, a canard by the right, by the right's pushing for privitization of police, privitization of nearly everything-the Post Office on their chopping block...the chaos of the virus and BLM an oppotunity to return to slave patrols-figuritively, thief catchers as it were, with Draconian laws-10 years for vandalism...a wait and see...oh, speaking of vandals...

I send out bill payments on same day...usually they get cashed about same time-this seen checking bank statement...of late, two instances of way late check cashings, but, but, DMV said they take six weeks now...that was one...the other was gas payment, sent in with electric...anomalies?...I dunno...but maybe others experience this...all at once we get a mail in ballot for 11/3?...by when, 10/3?...I suppose the time line somewhere...with deadline to have your vote postmarked...11/3?...wth...when/how will they count all the....oh...I gotta go web search...😕...

Notes: these comments amount to more annotations of my "five words": federalizing the police city rebellion...or, as I've nicknamed it, the "Rodeo"...the protests, BLM to begin; now, I dunno what all is being protested...I've noted how Trump turned Pasternack kneeling into another Trumpean rallying point...I dont regard his followers, fans, as Republicans anymore...they are Trumpeans, and can be characterized as "flag huggers"-famous pic of Trump hugging podium flag...somewhat like "tree huggers" I guess, which is my fandom!...everyone with, or in, a Fandom of late...so, the Rodeo is the Trumpeans show, much as the issues of masks, mail in votings, tic toc, are co opted by Trump...Trumps...new head of post office a big Trump donor, and, a thought the Post Office will be messed with, the elections fouled, tangled...thinking here...I havent looked into foreign post offices...and looking about for history of our police departments new too...and that took me to foreign police, and Ukraine...just a month back Ukranians protested/rioted to have Avakov removed...their "federalized police city rebellion" Rodeo in progress too...I dont think they ever had municple police like we do-that's rare in foreign lands...most have it seems a national police force, and that's it...a Post Office sojourn, study, a "something"...every country delivers mail...the mysterious seeds from China look to be common flowers...though an alarm has gone off-dont plant them if you get them...is this another ploy?...day after 9/11 anthrax in the mails, fortunatly scoped out and stopped-mail suspect suicided...but conspiracy theorists consider it like 9/11...too many un-answered questions!
