Notes: Giants 10-5 last night...slept through through the game mostly...Oakland on deck tonight...detecting what the old motifs are, is difficult...I look to Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Homes for a model!...the difficulty is that things often present an obvious answer to what they are, but it just doesn't get noticed...here I've been going on about how the Greek Doric Temples were based on earlier wooden temples...in stone they tried to mimic the old wood structural features...the triglyphs, meritopes, guttas?, holdovers from the wooden roofs...Minoan temples too, the round circles along the cornices representing wooden beam ends...this too on the Lion Gate...now, a distinctive feature of Minoan Temples are the columns, wide at top, narrow at bottom...that they just look really cool, I thought reason enough for their being like that, but that, and something else I learn...they represent tree trunks upside down used for columns!!!...I learned that from watching clips on youtube of a video game set in Ancient Greece...I've been waiting for this!!!...ever since first seeing the scenery in World of Warcraft, I've thought if they do this kind of thing with the ancient world, it will be a marvel...and now they have, leastwise ancient Greece...soon as I've played the game awhile, I'll give a report...I might be able to make videos like one can on WOW...

I dunno...Black Swans are unusual events, the "incidents" like the Panay Incident..."incident" a diplomatic term used when blame isn't cast...the shutdown is an "incident", a Black Swan...from Black Swans changes happen...to direct changes one could manufacture an incident...many instances in history of artificial incidents...false flags too like this...top of ninth...two down...these terms, Black Swan, False Flag, like the story teller Tales-take awhile to absorb...A's 5-3...
