At the Laundry:...Dogers and Angels won yesterday...three quarters in the drier start...Newgrange famous for the three spirals...Robert Graves famous for his book White Goddess...aand it has a chapter on Newgrange, A Visit to the Spiral Castle...happened there searching "spirals" in its index...did that thinking, wondering, if Graves ever focused on phylotaxes and such...nuts and bolts not his thing...if it wasn't grand, or someone, ...chapter is an antiquarian going on about Ireland's equivelant of the Great Pyramid...they're not sophisticated, these monuments, I want to say, but the antiquarians make them so..."newgrange unsophisticated"...bbk...

Note: Reading this, I saw word phylotaxis-rang a bell...oh, two Septembers ago, I drew, and dwelled, on the Vera cactus by the front porch...aand, I learned phylotaxis describes its spiraling out spike leaves...frustrated at free hand drawing it, several plants jammed together, I decided to just draw it the way it grows...one leaf overlapping the previous, being replaced like-the outer leaves old, the center ones new-a spiral...I'd forgotten this...hmmph...since, when I see other Vera drawings, I note if the artist was trying to draw what they saw, or grew the drawing...figure drawing can be like this, you can study anatomy to the point that you can grow a figure...sorta!...anyway, these voronoi explanations have this "growth" about them, if one can follow, one can grow the polygons, and here, spirals, seen in Nature...take a bit for me!...this article made in 2023, and on the web without a paywall-a new trend for papers!...oh!...chirality rang a bell too...came across that in the aloha aloha, canada goose grinds...it's about mirroring, Bizarro is Superman's mirror image, but different enough, backwards like left to right hands, to be dangerous!🤔

Game on...on the radio...Mariners at Angels...top of six...Angels 1-Mariners 0...so, so, after last night's post, I continued, and searched "egyptian pine cone"...this an old search...notes back in the blog...notes all over the web...the Vatican has a giant bronze pine cone, said to be from Egypt...aaand, AI riffs on it, drawing from notes on web...use Facebook search "egyptian pine cone", which is what AI uses...Mariners made out...bbk...too much...Trout up...thing is, everyone is looking at the cone upright...fly out...Nettle is on first...Shawnawa DP...to seventh...looking from above, it is flower like-a rose...like aloe plant out front I drew from...I can make an aloe cactus up...the spike leaves overlap spiraling...and the rose motif ancient...aaand, someone thought to look at DNA from above-it is flower like-a rose...a side by side is the two ripples on a pond, and the two spirals of the fibonacci growth-they criss cross, making the fishnet diamonds pinecone look...oh...I thought to look for synonyms of "fishnet", and found "lattice"...plugged that in to search "lattice physics", "wave lattice physics"...bunch of things...hmmph..."growth pattern lattice"...Silkseth in Angels' relief...two Mariners on...bbk...wow!...used facebook search 🧐...muchmuch...oh...a side by side is the two pond ripples and my double words!...touchtouch...a blank page is a still pond...maybe that's the famous haiku meaning...facebook 🧐: haiku frog...lol...that brought up me, one of my poems...
