Notes: What these sites have in common, is noting the step fret triangle is found all through the Americas, from the American Southwest, thru Mesoamerica, to Peru...it's an observation easy to make...I've done the same in my blog the last few years, and I find it a marvel. That with all my browsing, I haven't found more sites, is a mystery...I dunno...professional scholars are very cautious of making connections, but I find it odd, the un-professionals skirt this marvel too...the Mystery Vlogs have yet to delve much into motifs...it's a little scary...the Germans lifted the swastika motif from cultures around the world, and propagandized it into a flag waving menace...I saw the same Jan. 6 at the Capitol, and months earlier at the Reichstag in Berlin...and I dont post much about the swastika, or the Nazis, least it encourage in a backhanded way such propaganda...one of those damned if you do damned if you don't things...that's happening a lot now with all kinds of wild wooly things thrown about, needing each to be tracked down and fact check...they're are organizations, fact checkers, that do just that...so, soh, is the step fret triangle dangerous?...I dunno....were the Incas and Aztecs a Nazi like menace?...were the Europeans, the Conquistadores?...August, 1945 provided the world with the atomic bomb mushroom motif...ironic in that one of the earliest ancient motifs was the mushroom, as in magic mushroom (consider here the pelta motif)...it's all a bit too much...anyway, it took a long while to gather those four sites...from them one can find many branches, related motifs...
