Notes: MKYD's #7 large coffee...game to umpire scheduled for today moved to tomorrow...cool cloudy day...a day for napping...but rolled out to shop for tires...almost bought a used set...but not that much cheaper than a new set...and, and with no warranty, or balancing (they were on rims), so, soh, back to square one, the expensive deal the good year store offered...Silver, my Jeep, is a 2005, and going obsolete, tire wise...one's I have not made anymore...and old rims limit what is available...what to do what to do...did I relate the job I had once stacking tires in the Goodyear warehouse?...all day, we'd stack them up, almost to the high ceiling...then, then in the morning next day, we'd see which stacks fell over, and, go to stacking again...huge long warehouse next to railroad tracks in Santa Ana...temp service job...they wanted me to stay...most temp places did...ended up staying on as porter at little motel in Corona del Mar, Sandpiper Inn...game on...on the radio...Ohtani up...top of fifth?...Angels at Kansas City Royals...lifted high in the air...and it is out of here!!!...Ohtani's 4th home run of the season...Royals 2-1...Trout up...Angels make out...Royals up...one out hit...stolen base...Starbucks: blueberry scones and coffee...bbk with report...bk...hmmph...bases loaded and a passed ball pulled Fletch off third...but the ball bounced back off batter Walsh to the Royal's catcher, who threw to third to pick off Fletch...a game full of dramas like that!...Royals 3-2...
