Kern River Hawk




Shuttled over to the Post Office...visited the Museum to see the Gallery Show...and Shuttled back to the Cabin for a nap....it was drizzly....paddled out in the late afternoon to the Rocky Slope....crossed the Road at Beaver Bend and continued along the Merced to Swinging Bridge...still drizzly...and quiet....around to Chapel Bridge....thought to sit awhile at the Deer House...but heavier drizzle...Ouzel at the Bridge...Robins piping all along the way in the Meadows--one Robin at a time atop one leafless Tree, here and there, behind then ahead...Blue Birds by the Broken Cottonwood...too far for pic..in fact...only one walk pic...a scenic...a scenic walk!...but quiet....cloudy drizzle rainy, mist along the Rims, warm....bronze Great Horned Owl in the show, and a pic of Thick Antlered Buck in Snowstorm by the Elm...a bronze Raven too holding a golf ball...hmmph...Hawk pic and clip from the trip....have a few more, for sometime..
