Pronghorn

http://youtu.be/IqsRYXQczGc

Back to Eagle Road...well, well, it took a bit to deal with the Cabin's dishevelment--another inspection--and gather the Gear--everthing I could think of!--for a two week rollaround--and getting a two week vacation took a bit!...but there I was, almost past Pohono Bridge, and I turned around...tough to leave the Valley with all the Falls going...sat awhile in Silver watching the Terrific Light beside Chapel Meadow....rolled around to Bobcat Meadow, and sat there awhile...Does gamboling in the Oaks, flirting with Buck's attention...and friend came along, said hi through the Window, and after being apraised of my plight, said, 'get going!'...back to Eagle Road!...Eagle pic from Sacremento Wildlife Refuge...Pronghorn near Tule Lake...Light almost gone when I came that far...rolled out to Upper Klamath Wildlife Refuge for Last Light..lots of Rain, but clearing nearing Klamath Falls, which is basecamp for next two days...more report and pics and clips for sometime...the camera on top of the manfrotto gizmo attached to the Railroad Track is the new canon point and shoot 50x--SX50HS--couldn't resist, and purchased Last Night at best buy near...somewhere...near Dunnigan....the gizmo is manfrotto heavy duty flex arm attached to super clamp...I got this set up to digi scope--attach the point and shoot to the arm and the clamp to the tripod--this notion immediately went south when I tried it out...panning immediately disconnected everything!...but what a charming gizmo!...I've been attaching it to the Steering Wheel and the Pasengers Hang On Grip, and it works very well in an odd sort of way...very tough to level...but it is the right pliant to just hand hold with the camera loose on the bolt underneath it so it can be panned with touch of a finger...a must have for any photog's Gear Bag!...needless to say, the 50x too, which is actually 200x when digital zoomed (cropped) in video mode---some demo clips for sometime!...oh..see clip, a demo too of sorts!...one wouldn't think that out in the middle of Nowhere one need be concerned about Pronghorns running off, and a Train coming!
