At Lunch, paddled over to Ozone Beach and perched on the Round Boulder...Merced still high, Ozone Boulders water surrounded....Sandpipers, Flicker, Robins, Phoebe, Grosbeak, Swallows, about...Mallard splash landed over in the Diversion Channel, then paddled over to browse...sunny hot blue breezy...may have been puff clouds...didn't notice!..hmmph...anyway...it's hectic...work hectic, just opening the Cabin door hectic....oh...Little Bird pics from yesterday...the bottom is Yellow Rump Warbler...haven't id the second yet....

its gonna be a crazy year for you work wise i would think. once they open rafting it will probably go on most of the summer - 15 years ago were were able to float the merced at the end of august and i think this year will be the same. great pictures - i love the mallards face!
