Fawn Crossing

After late Breakfast, Shuttled over to the Village, and paddled back though Bobcat Meadow...pic of Buck under the Oaks in the Village...pic of Grasshopper on the Meadow Path....sat awhile near the Merced out Lodgepole Point....Two Mallard flyby....blurry pics...Blue Jay...quiet, until Barking Dog, just curious, came down the Bank, sniffed my shoulder, picked up a Stick Branch, and rebounded back to master--Dog made a bit dizzy by the Woods, I think, and grabbing the stick something familiar...Woods do this to the domesticated!....time, and back to the Cabin....sunny high hazy clouds blue warm...at Lunch: sat awhile at the Fallen Cedar...quiet...Raven, Robin, Flicker, Blackbirds, Two Mallard flyby, and Two Mallard paddle by...Yellow Rump perched on the Cedar...pic...and Mama Doe and One Fawn crossed the Merced upriver by Cottonwood Bend...pic and clip
