Paddled over to the Rocky Slope....heard the Pygmy Owl call...see end of clip...well...listen to end!....and found the Deer by the Boulder Leaning on the Tree....clips....handheld with the 12x on the tripod...that trick, holding up the tripod with camera, really works!...arms got tired...Bear was out back in the wee hours....causing some commotion...and concern for my neighbor friend!...had one yellow ear tag...and think it must have been Oak Bear...friend has pics of Oak Bear eating a pumpkin from awhile back...can barely see pumpkin, but still neat pics...Hite Cove delayed 'till Tuesday...tomorrow out and about in the Valley...sunny warm and blue....oh...wanted to look up the old Valley Zoo...brb...I think a Valley Zoo would be cool...but most dont...here's a page which sketches out the history...
